Legal and Board Affairs

Mr.Uthman Segawa - Director Legal and Board Affairs

The Department of Legal and Board Affairs is composed of the following units:

Legal
Advisory
Management Advisory Committee Secretariat
Board Affairs

The Department is responsible for the following activities:

Preparing, updating and issuing authorized versions of Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs), procedural forms and any other attendant documents to PDEs;
Providing legal guidance related to procurement and disposal;
Handling deviations from the use of the SBDs, procedural forms and any other attendant documents is effected only after approval;
Preparing guidelines for the public procurement and disposal system;
Providing Board secretarial and support services; and
Handling accreditation applications and suspension of providers.
