PPDA has issued the Guideline on administrative review fees to guide on payment of the Administrative Review fees. The Guideline commenced on 10th March 2017.
The Guideline makes it a requirement for the Accounting Officer to guide the bidder seeking administrative review on the value of the procurement or disposal.
Further guidance is given for procurements where there is no pre-determined value in cases of general pre-qualification or Expressions of Interest.
